Where exactly is the studio?
In Mangalwar Peth, in Pune’s old city, close to Pune Railway Station and the Pune RTO by Sangam Bridge. Peth lanes are easy to miss on a map app, so the simplest way to find us is to share your location on WhatsApp. We’ll send a pin and directions from wherever you’re starting.
How long will the drive take?
The drive times on this page are approximate, from off-peak to evening peak. Expect the longer end from Hinjewadi or Wagholi on a weekday evening, in heavy monsoon rain, and during Ganeshotsav, when the peths fill with pandals and traffic is diverted around the old city. The Juna Bazar flea market, held nearby on Wednesdays and Sundays, also slows the roads around Mangalwar Peth.
Can I go home by metro after dropping the car?
Yes. Pune Metro’s Aqua Line stops at Mangalwar Peth and Pune Railway Station, and runs west towards Vanaz in Kothrud and east towards Ramwadi, past Kalyani Nagar. Change at District Court for the Purple Line to Pimpri (PCMC) or Swargate. It’s a handy way back when your car is staying with us for a day or more.
Where should I park?
Peth lanes are narrow and busy, and most have no room for a car to wait. Message us when you’re about ten minutes away so we know you’re coming. Don’t double-park in a lane, and watch for P1/P2 boards: they allow parking on one side of the road on odd dates and the other side on even dates. Pune traffic police do tow cars from no-parking stretches.
What should I bring?
- Your RC, or a copy. If your film or coating is registered with its maker, registration needs your car’s details; Garware’s film warranty card, for example, records the registration and chassis (VIN) numbers.
- Your existing warranty card, if you’re coming back for maintenance on film or a coating.
- Your phone, if we’re fitting an Android system or a dashcam, so it can be paired before you leave.
- An empty cabin and boot for full-body PPF, coatings or seat covers.
There’s no need to wash the car first. Cleaning and decontamination are part of the job.
What does a typical drop-off look like?
- Message us your car’s model, year and what you’d like done, with a couple of photos. We reply with a quote and a date.
- Walk round together. At the studio, we check the car with you under the studio light and note any existing marks.
- Leave it with us. A coating typically takes 1–3 days and full-body PPF 3–5 working days. Smaller jobs, like LED headlights or a dashcam, often take a few hours. We confirm the exact time when you book.
- Collect it. We walk you round the finished car, go through the aftercare and warranty terms, and hand over the keys.
